1      Cleanse the skin with a quality cleanser formulated for your skin type.

2      Use a toner to help freshen the skin.

3      Apply a moisturizer. Use an oil-free moisturizer if your skin is oily. This is a very important step. Hydrated skin is an important component of healthy skin.

4      Use a tissue to remove any excess moisturizer that might interfere with your makeup application.

5      Apply concealer, using a brush, under the eyes.

6      Use Kiss New York Cover Care Foundation in a complementary shade.

7      Set the concealer with translucent powder. There are concealers on the market with setting powders that go with them. Bobbi Brown and Dermablend offer such concealers. The advantage to using this type of setting powder is that the chances of the powder settling in fine lines and wrinkles are reduced.

8      Apply an carth-toncd shadow under the brow that's approximately I-2 shades darker than your natural skin tone.

9     Apply faux lashes if you want a more glamorous eye.

10    Apply a shimmcry turquoise eye shadow to the lid and blend it as shown, for a smoky effect.

11     Using the same shadow, draw the color across. below the lower lid. Blend well.

I 2 lake a soft kohl liner pencil and line the lower lid.

13   Take a liner brush and black liner and line the upper lid.

14    If you did not apply faux lashes, apply mascara to your own lashes to open up the look of the eyes.

15   Contour the cheek bones with a soft blush.

16    Line the lips with a soft brown lip liner.
